Adoption Pathways

Physicians can request Empathia through OntarioMD’s official vendor referral process.
Step-by-step:
Contact OntarioMD to express interest in using an AI scribe.
OntarioMD sends a Request for Service (RFS) to Empathia team, and forwards the proposal to the physician.
Upon physician confirmation, OntarioMD finalizes the agreement with Empathia and starts onboarding.
Typical turnaround: 5–10 business days.
