- Feeding difficulties and weight plateau in an infant.

- History of breastfeeding exclusively for the past month. Previously used a pump and bottle-fed.  
- Growth chart review indicates weight gain plateau between three to four months of age.  

3. Barriers  
- Difficulty assessing infant's milk intake during direct nursing.  
- Lack of strong hunger cues in the infant, leading to infrequent feeding intervals.  

4. Patient Needs, Goals, and Preferences:  
- Ensure adequate milk intake to support weight gain.  
- Monitor and manage feeding schedule to promote consistent growth.
