Please keep a diligent headache diary (e.g., Canadian Migraine Tracker) or other calendar for review at your next follow-up. We will need to know how many days a month you experience migraines and how many days a month you take rescue medication. For additional resources, you may visit the Migraine Canada website: https://migrainecanada.org/ Dr. Randhawa has prescribed the following medications for you: For migraine prevention: - [List of prescribed preventive medications] Please consider taking the following supplements (nutraceutical supplementation for migraine prevention): - Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) 400mg daily - Magnesium 400mg daily - CoEnzyme Q10 300mg daily (can take 100mg three times daily) For acute migraine relief: - [List of rescue medications discussed] If you have any issues with the medications prescribed to you, please contact our office or see your GP. If you experience a severe reaction, please go to your nearest emergency room for urgent assessment. Please complete the lab requisition provided at your appointment. We have attached another copy to this email in case you lose it. We will contact you for a follow-up appointment in about 3-4 months. Thank you.
