CLINICAL PRESENTATION:
Ethan presents with follow-up for nasal symptoms and decreased appetite. Since the last visit in November, nasal symptoms have improved with the use of a prescribed nasal spray, with residual nighttime nasal stuffiness. Persistent picky eating is characterized by a preference for fruit and sweets and avoidance of rice, meats, and most vegetables. Weight increased from 27.7 kg in early January to 29.1 kg on February 8th. Height remains above average, and weight is around the 15th percentile, consistent with prior growth patterns. The family has implemented more balanced and varied meal options, which may have contributed to the recent weight gain. Growth and development are consistent with prior patterns.

IMPRESSION & PLAN:
Ethan continues to exhibit selective eating behaviors and nighttime nasal stuffiness. Continue current dietary approach, offering nutritious and varied foods without forcing intake. Maintain efforts to limit sugar consumption. Continue nasal spray as needed for nighttime nasal stuffiness. Schedule follow-up visit in July or August to reassess growth and nutritional status.
