Clinical Note: Called by parent regarding follow-up for nasal congestion and decreased appetite. Since the last visit in December, nasal symptoms have improved with prescribed nasal spray, with only occasional nighttime stuffiness. The main ongoing concern is selective eating; Mason prefers fruit and sweets, avoiding rice, meats, and most vegetables. Despite this, his weight increased from 27.7 kg in early February to 29.1 kg by March 4, 2026, a gain of approximately 1.5 kg in one month. Parent reports increased efforts to provide a more varied and balanced diet. Height is above average (WHO growth normogram), and weight is around the 15th percentile (WHO growth normogram).

Plan: Continue current dietary strategies, offering a variety of nutritious foods without forcing intake. Maintain efforts to limit sugar and sweets. Continue nasal spray as needed for nighttime congestion. Schedule follow-up in August or September to reassess growth and nutritional status. Office will contact family to arrange next appointment.
